Sometimes it's just more practical to do a job while you're onsite with the joinery on hand to ensure fitment if it's a tricky job and are unable to provide the measurement or drawing for us to make it for you.

We aim to ship out orders within 3-5 business days of receiving it.
Orders being shipped out are sent out wrapped up in bubble wrap and inside a compressed cardboard tube for safe shipping.
More often than not it's 2-3 days turnaround but, if there is to be any delay, we'll contact to advise and possibly discus an alternative.
