All Arctic Lights products include a 3-year product warranty.
As installation is completed by independent third-party installers, the warranty covers Arctic Lights products and does not include any labour costs for installation or any remedial work.

 

No warranty will apply if:

• Any of the original order has been changed, modified or added to after leaving our workshop.

• Any damages caused during installation.

• A transformer from a different supplier has been used without our prior knowledge.

• Any specific exclusions are noted at time of sale.

 

Returns:

If goods are to be returned or changed due to “change of mind”, job changes or job cancellation any return or exchange will be solely up to the management of Arctic Lights.

Testing:

All LED lights and componentry (LED Ribbon, dimmers, control units, transformers, sensors, Downlights) are connected to power, activated, and checked as working as intended prior to leaving our workshop. Excluding DIY full LED reels.

Note:
Components such as transformers, sensors and remote receiver units should always be placed in a serviceable location with adequate room/air for heat dissipation.
